You can now send us medical and admin requests online – this includes requesting an appointment, prescription, test results, fit notes and more. 

You can submit requests during our practice opening hours 7.00am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) and we will aim to review all urgent requests on the same day.

This new system gives you more choice and helps us to increase capacity and ensure that you receive the right care at the right time.

If you cannot use our website, you can still phone us on 01652 648214 or 01724 700218 or visit the practice in person, where a member of the team will complete the form for you.
